Hi, I'm Jazzmyn
Hi, I’m Jazzmyn Mijic, MS, BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting children, families, RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical teams in the field of ABA.
I became a BCBA in 2014, and throughout my career I have worked directly in clinical leadership, supervision, staff training, parent training, skill acquisition programming, behavior reduction, and treatment planning. My work has always centered on creating practical, compassionate, and effective ABA systems that help children build meaningful skills while also supporting the professionals who serve them.
Over the years, I noticed that many BCBAs and RBTs were expected to deliver high-quality services without always having clear, ready-to-use tools, training, or program materials. That inspired me to create professional ABA resources that save time, improve treatment consistency, and help clinical teams feel more confident in their work.
Through my brand, Mrs. Jazzmyn, I create editable ABA program bundles, staff training tools, caregiver resources, and continuing education content for behavior analysts and ABA professionals. My materials are designed to be practical, clinically useful, and easy to individualize across learners, settings, and teams.
As an ACE Provider, I also develop continuing education courses for BCBAs and BCaBAs who want training that feels relevant to real clinical practice — not just theory. My courses focus on topics such as supervision, ethics, leadership, parent collaboration, clinical systems, and high-quality treatment planning.
My goal is simple: to help ABA professionals feel more prepared, supported, and equipped to provide ethical, effective, and compassionate services.
Whether you are a BCBA building programs, an RBT learning how to implement with confidence, a supervisor training your team, or a clinic leader trying to improve consistency across staff, my hope is that the resources here make your work easier, clearer, and more impactful.
