Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable materials, all sales are generally final once a purchase has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- ABA program bundles
- Training materials
- Worksheets, guides, and resource packets
- Online courses or CEU materials, when applicable
Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or saved immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
