Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify leadership and organizational variables that may create ethical risk in ABA settings.
2. Apply relevant BACB Ethics Code standards to workplace dilemmas involving leadership conflict.
3. Differentiate routine workplace frustration from actionable ethical concerns using objective criteria.
4. Demonstrate documentation strategies that protect clients, supervisees, and certificants.
5. Construct professional, solution-focused responses to common workplace ethical concerns.
6. Describe behavioral indicators of burnout and moral injury in ABA professionals.
7. Evaluate response options including internal escalation, consultation, resignation, and reporting pathways.

Course Completion Requirements:

Participants must complete the full asynchronous course sequence, embedded reflection activities, final knowledge check, and course evaluation survey before the certificate of completion becomes available.
